Meet Felicity Wigley-Ford: From Legal Insights to HR Expertise at Dynamic EMS

Felicity Wigley-Ford has joined Dynamic EMS as our Human Resources Advisor, bringing with her over 12 years of experience in HR, supported by an LLB Law Degree (Hons) and a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management.

Felicity’s interest in HR was sparked during her university studies when she took a module in employment law. Intrigued by the complex dynamics of employee-employer relationships and their crucial impact on organisational success, she chose to focus her dissertation on mental health and disability in the workplace, specifically exploring the “mutual obligation of confidence and trust.” Post-graduation, the economic downturn made traditional legal careers less viable, leading her to a more affordable and available position in HR at Bosch Rexroth Ltd, where her career in HR began and has since flourished.

At Dynamic EMS, Felicity was drawn by the company’s focus on valuing employees and saw an opportunity to take on a standalone role where she could make a significant impact.  Having lived in various parts of the UK and moved multiple times, Felicity is adept at adapting to new environments, so her transition into Dynamic EMS has been seamless and simple.

She aims to enhance Dynamic EMS’s standing as an attractive employer and to foster a supportive and engaging work environment. Felicity is committed to improving internal communication and ensuring that all staff members have access to comprehensive HR support.

On a personal level, Felicity lives with her husband and two children, enjoying family time as her highest priority. She recently took up gardening as a shared activity with her children and maintains interests in forensic psychology and Egyptology, with aspirations of visiting Egypt and experiencing an African safari. Felicity is also an avid swimmer and enjoys exploring new culinary experiences.
